Tenancy Dates:
- All of our student let properties are available from:
1st July 2023 and run until the 30th June 2024
- We do offer the option to continue your tenancy for a further year once signed on with us so if you don't want to move, you don't have to!
Guarantors:
- We require a Guarantor for all of our student let contracts.
Requirements for your Guarantor:
- Must reside in the UK
- Must earn at least £25,000
- Identification and other information necessary
Deposits:
- All of our deposits are safely protected with MyDeposits. This way your money is safe and locked away until the end of your tenancy.
- The lead tenant in your group will sign the Deposit Protection Certificate and at the end of your tenancy, all monies will be returned to them.
Bills:
- We operate all of our contracts on a bills excluded basis. It is cheaper for students to sort the bills our themselves instead of having a fixed price.
Q: I want a bills included option, can I still get this?
A: Of course! We advertise all of our student let properties with Unihomes which offer bills included options for those students that don't want to worry!
